About Jennie

I am a very proud housewife!

I strive to be worth more than rubies to my sweet husband Scott, and hope you will join me as I blog my efforts.

I've been married for 3 years and call myself Mom to Matthew William and Charlotte Claire.

I'm passionate about birth, pregnancy and advocating for parents to be the decision makers when it comes to their health care!

I am unapologetically Jesus-loving, old-fashioned, conservative and loud about it.

I love to cook, bake, sew and I love baseball.

My husband is a computer genius (he designed my blog!) and I couldn't live without him.

Thanks for reading!

You see, Matthew w... [More]

Empty.  "You didn't make coffee ... [More]

Why?

February 29, 2012 The Rest
This is going to be one of those posts that ruffle some feathers, but let me tell you, that is not my intention.  I am honestly coming to you all with an open heart and a confession on my heart.  I am being challenged.  And it hurts.   My walk with God has always been one of ups and downs.  I have experienced many trials in my short life, this last year being the hardest ...
